The Streamline Open Circuit systems uses Solahart's renowned L series collector. The black polyester powder coated aluminium absorber collects the sun's heat and transfers it to the water  which is circulated through the panel's 6 risers by an electric pump. Copper is used for the risers for its high thermal conductivity ensuring the maximium amount of heat energy is passed to the water.

The heated water is stored in a double coated ceramic lined tank with a protective anode for long lasting performance.
